in Barbados

The fresh snapper dinner was absolutely fantastic. What flavor. Of course the beer went down well also. It was early to bed as I was tired again. Unfortunately I was already getting the impression that locals run on a later schedule than we do. The restaurant was empty when we took our table. Only a few people had arrived before we departed. Later in the night things got really noisy. I couldn’t tell where the band and noise was coming from, but it lasted until the early hours of the morning. The sun comes up early, so I’m up by 6am, still feeling tired. I hope that doesn’t happen tonight.

Well, I finally figured out what was wrong with the camera. With the jostling in my backpack, the setting had changed. It wasn’t taking good pics of the islands on the second leg. This morning I tried taking pics of the harbor, out my bedroom window and found the problem. So, above you have the view overflying one of the Bahamas Islands, our resort in Punta Cana and Wayne eating dinner at the resort.

Found good coffee, now off to tour the island. Hopefully good pics and an update this evening.
