Last day in Brasilia

Today was a quiet day, walking, swimming and looking at waterfalls with a picnic lunch along a river. All very nice. This evening is our farewell dinner and everyone goes their separate way tomorrow.

Wayne and I along with several others are headed to two days in Alto Paradiso, only a one hour VFR flight to a 4000 foot strip at 4400 elevation north of Brasilia. After that we have a four hour VFR flight west to Barranco Alto, a grass strip in the Pantanal. We will spend four days there. It is doubtful that we will have any internet access during this time. So, I don't expect to be able to update this blog until May 17 or 18th. We will have flown south to Iguacu Falls and should be in a hotel with internet access at that point.

I will take good notes along the way. More to come.....
